We stayed at this luxurious hotel for a special occasion and we were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The service was impeccable, from the friendly and informative reception staff to the efficient waiting staff. We felt very special and well taken care of.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the mountains with easy access to many hiking trails. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great spa and lovely views from the rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing me with recommendations for hikes and alternative food options due to my dietary restrictions. Lastly, the hotel was spotless and the breakfast was delicious.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff really are there for you and even the hotel manager showed his personal interest and felt you very welcome. The facilities and the restaurant are excellent and the half-pension price absolutely gives value for money. The surroundings are magnificant and we made mountain walks that exceeded our imaginations.

Spending Christmas in the mountains was magical. The hotel offered great food, with diverse options for breakfast and fantastic dinner options. The key location made it easy to access bus stops and lifts for skiing. The room's porch featured mesmerizing views. The staff was well informed and friendly, providing a map and boot room options.

The internet access was not up to par, which made it tough to keep in contact with family back home. there wasn't a swimming pool on the premises, which would have been a great addition to the relaxation experience.
